Although we have already mentioned this model, we have new information for the special edition 2018 Toyota HiLux Invincible 50. Of course, envisaged by mark 50 years of production of this model, with more than 18 million sold copies. On the outside, there are several unique details: matt black high over side bars; a black front under-run; a black housing wheels; a plastic bed liner and a large tool box; a double-hoop sports bar; four high-power Vision X LED lights. The radiator grille and lights not unchange, while the front and rear bumper are slightly expands. The offer is just a black color of exterior, with several Invincible 50 chrome badging. Interestingly, there are not many innovations in the cabin. Basically, there are noticeable more leather details. Built-in are leather seats, automatic climate control, 7-inch touchscreen with Toyota Touch 2 Go infotainment system.
Placed at the unique 18-inch matt black alloy wheels, with robust BF Goodrich all-terrain T/A KO2 tyres. Available is double cab with four-door, provides accommodate for five passengers. The exterior dimensions do not deviate much from the standard 2018 Toyota Hilux.
The 2018 Toyota HiLux Invincible 50 will have a four-wheel drive, combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission. As the only one in the offer will be a 2.4-liter four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine of 148 hp. It is likely to offer two variants of torque: 253 lb-ft (343 Nm) or 295 lb-ft (400 Nm). Yet, thanks to the Bilstein suspension, the ground clearance increases by 40 mm at the front and 20 mm at the back. Fuel consumption data has not yet been published. The standard model has a combined fuel consumption of 8.3L/100km.
The sale 2018 Toyota HiLux Invincible 50 starts on November 1 this year, but only on the British market. Unfortunately, only 50 copies are envisaged. The official price has not yet been confirmed. In any case, it will be considerably more expensive than the Toyota Hilux Invincible X Limited Edition. All in all, we believe it will not be cheaper than £ 37,500.
