Considering that the fourth generation of this model was launch last year, compared to the predecessor, of the 2019 Ford F-550 Chassis Cab there are no significant changes in design. Also, the motor characteristics remained the same. The first models will be on sale during spring and summer this year, and certainly will be actual in 2019. The biggest competitors in the market will be Chevrolet Silverado 4500&5500 and RAM 4500&5500.

It still offers one petrol and one turbo diesel engine. The petrol is the 6.8-liter Triton V10, while the diesel 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8. The gasoline engine has 288 hp and 424 lb-ft (575 Nm) of torque, while diesel engine production is 330 hp and 750 lb-ft (1017 Nm) of torque.
